DELIVERY AND RETURN

I. DELIVERY: TERMS AND DEADLINES

We deliver all over the world. However, shipping costs estimates are currently only provided for a limited number of countries. In case you are unable to select the appropriate delivery charge, please get in touch with us ([email protected]) and we will send you delivery charges estimates.

A. GENERAL

The products will be delivered to the delivery address that you specified during the ordering process.

Delivery can only take place after confirmation of payment.

B. SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping costs will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart and displayed in the calculation of the cart according to the country of delivery. For any other destination, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can estimate the shipping costs. 

C. SHIPPING TIMES

All advertised deadlines are calculated as working days. Any item available in stock is shipped within 72 hours. These are average lead times linked to the processing, preparation and dispatching times of your order (ex warehouse). Selected carrier’s delivery time must be added to this lead time.

D. DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

The product ordered is delivered by the postal circuit or by an independent carrier, depending on the nature of the product ordered and at the exclusive initiative of Foil and Co, to the address shown on the order form. The delivery mode depends on the weight and volume of the articles. Available items are usually delivered within approximately 2 days in France, 5 days in Europe and 10 days outside Europe. These indicative lead times are given from the departure of our warehouse.

E. ON ARRIVAL OF THE PARCEL

Our carrier is likely to ask you to share a form of official ID during the delivery of your order. You must perform a good receipt upon reception and before signing the carrier’s delivery note.

You are also required to check the packaging condition upon delivery and to report any transport damages on the delivery notes and to Foil and Co. within 24 hours.

Beware that you will be required to keep the original packaging in case of any problems. If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged or open, you must imperatively check that it contains the entirety of your order and if required record comments on the delivery slip specifying the nature of the damage.

The buyer must, if necessary, make any claims to Foil and Co on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, for any delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality with regard to the specifications mentionned on the order form. Any claim made after this period will be rejected.

The complaint can be made, at the choice of the buyer:

Any claim not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the defined time limits will not be taken into account and will release Foil and Co from any accountability towards the buyer.

If you wish to return the products you purchased, you will need to submit a return request to our Customer Service: [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Any claim made after this period will not be accepted. Product returns can only be accepted in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions …).

II. WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

In accordance with article L. 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a 14 working days period from the date of delivery of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs which remain the responsibility of the buyer.

The product must not be used, be returned in good condition, together with all its accessories. It must be returned within its original packaging and, as far as possible, must not have been opened.

The customer is required to send an email at [email protected] to let us know of its intention to return.

If the customer decides to exercise his right of withdrawal within the above-mentioned period, the customer will be refunded for the amount corresponding to the returned product(s) purchasing price and the related proportion of the delivery costs if the return is partial.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by the seller of the products returned by the buyer under the conditions set out above.

In the case of a product exchange, we reserve the right to ask the buyer to contribute to the shipping costs for the new shipment.
