What hole?
A lighter weight will tend to be positioned further forward on the foil. A heavier gauge further back. On a compact foil, we have four positions. For a size like mine of about 80 kilos, we advise to position on the third hole starting from the back slightly advanced. Then everything will depend on the stance we are used to.
